Terms of Service

These terms describe use of FYR GPT at fyrgpt.com. Read the Privacy Policy alongside them. By using the service, you agree to these terms; the checkout also asks for agreement before a receipt is submitted.

The service

FYR GPT provides AI-generated chat and simulated emotional responses. Its displayed feelings and opinions are software simulations, not evidence of consciousness or human feelings. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Check important facts and do not rely on the app as your sole source for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions.

Free chat depends on the available shared Cloudflare AI allowance. Features, response speed and availability may be limited by provider quotas, outages or maintenance. The paid metered edition currently supports text chat only; image generation, file tools and automatic Drive tools are not included.

Your responsibilities

Use the service lawfully and only upload or connect information you have permission to use. Do not submit fraudulent payment evidence, reuse receipts, try to access another user's information, bypass usage limits or disrupt the service. Keep your Google account and devices secure. If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before purchasing and obtain any consent required for your use.

Google connection and content

Google sign-in and read-only Drive access are optional features, subject to Google's availability and permissions. Connecting Drive does not transfer ownership of your files. You retain your rights in content you submit and permit processing needed to provide your requested response. AI output may resemble output given to other users and is not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing how you use it.

Paid access, when available

• Price: one S$5 PayNow payment purchases up to 30 days of Astra text access, subject to a total S$4 metered API allowance. Access ends when either limit is reached. There is no automatic renewal.
• Provisional access: a matching receipt can release up to S$0.20 usage while the operator checks receipt of funds. This amount is included in the S$4 total. The 30 days start when the receipt is accepted; owner approval does not restart the period or reset usage.
• Payment proof: screenshots are not bank confirmation. A transfer must actually reach the designated PayNow recipient. False or reused evidence may cause rejection or revocation. Confirm the bank-displayed recipient and amount before paying.
• Usage accounting: the checkout displays configured SGD input and output rates. The service reserves an estimated request cost before contacting the model and adjusts it when usage is available. Uncertain failures may retain a reservation. The allowance is measured using these configured rates, not guaranteed to equal a particular bank invoice.
• Browser access: the current payment system links access to this browser's cookie, not to Google login. Clearing cookies or switching devices can lose access. Contact the operator for assistance. Account-wide access is not included until implemented and announced.
• Renewal: continuing after expiry or exhaustion requires another eligible purchase. Do not send additional payments while your existing access is active unless the payment screen explicitly supports renewal.

Payment problems and refunds

For duplicate or mistaken payments, unavailable access, usage disputes or refund requests, contact the FYR GPT operator by SMS at +65 9086 8808. Provide the transaction reference, payment time and a description of the issue; do not send bank credentials. Requests will be reviewed against bank and usage records. A refund is not automatically issued by the screenshot checker. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

Suspension, changes and limits

Access may be restricted for fraud, abuse, security issues, exhausted allowances or provider requirements. A request already in progress may finish after access is revoked. You may stop using the app and disconnect Google at any time. If changes or service closure affect an unexpired purchase, contact the operator about remaining access and any applicable remedy.

The service is provided subject to its stated limitations. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or accurate AI output. No limitation in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
